Before launching her real estate career, Dian spent years in commercial aviation as a flight attendant, mastering the art of grace under pressure and genuine connection. Originally from Michigan, she embraced new challenges and warmer skies in Texas, earning her real estate license and quickly becoming a standout sales associate.

Dian formerly served as Assistant Executive Director of Youth Football League/USA Inc., where she helped oversee programming for thousands of young athletes nationwide. Although the organization has since closed, her passion for youth empowerment remains alive and thriving.

She is now the proud founder of N O E L, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting others through intentional community work, heart-centered events, and empowering social activities.

N O E L reflects Dian’s lifelong mission to inspire, connect, and serve with purpose.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream home, Dian finds joy in skiing, mountain biking, working out, traveling, and spending time with her twin sons. Her greatest adventure? Building a legacy of love, leadership, and service—one home, one heart, and one community at a time.
